An additional external quality assurance can be requested once you’ve used up your 2 free external quality assurance for the session

There may be many reasons you need an additional external quality assurance eg you have learners outstanding who require certification or the External Quality Assurer (EQA) has identified actions that need to be completed prior to certification taking place.

An additional external quality assurance can be carried out at the centre (site visit) or remotely. The approach should be discussed with your EQA before filling in this request.
