To know the value of true friendship and the importance of recognizing your own identity.
Learning objectives of the sessions:
By the end of this session, you must be able to:
- Identify what makes a true friend.
- Assess the qualities of good friends.
- Discuss the pitfalls of trusting the wrong person.
- Examine toxic friendships.
- Describe the role of family in your friendships.
- Express the importance of having your own identity.
You should be able to:
- Produce a mind map on your identity that highlights the role of family and friends.
You could be able to:
- Develop the mind map into an activity sheet for a younger person on the importance of having their own identity.
