By the end of this session, you must be able to:

  • Identify what makes a true friend.
  • Assess the qualities of good friends.
  • Discuss the pitfalls of trusting the wrong person.
  • Examine toxic friendships.
  • Describe the role of family in your friendships.
  • Express the importance of having your own identity.

You should be able to:

  • Produce a mind map on your identity that highlights the role of family and friends.

You could be able to:

  • Develop the mind map into an activity sheet for a younger person on the importance of having their own identity.
