Conflict of Interest declaration for centres
In line with NCFEs Conflict of Interest Policy please find below a declaration form to allow centres to tell us about any potential conflicts of interest. So if you're running an NCFE qualification, please complete the declaration regarding any conflicts of interest within your centre. This will cover any member of staff who:
- is sitting an NCFE assessment
- has access to NCFE assessment materials where one or more learner is a 'related person'
- is involved in making NCFE assessment decisions for a 'related person'.
(A 'related person' is someone whom a member of staff has a close relationship with eg spouses, children, siblings, close friends, relatives and member of the household where there is regular contact.)
